At Woodland Trails, we understand that plans can change. To keep reservations fair for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all campsite and accommodation bookings.
Standard Reservations
Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $25 per reservation.
Cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday and Peak Weekend Reservations
Reservations for holiday weekends and designated peak periods must be canceled 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund minus the cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival for these dates are non-refundable.
No-Shows and Early Departures
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and do not contact the office will forfeit their reservation payment.
Early departures are not eligible for refunds.
Weather Policy
Camping is an outdoor experience, and refunds are not provided for weather-related changes, including rain, storms, or temperature changes.
Reservation Changes
Date changes may be permitted based on availability and may be subject to an administrative fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact our office as soon as possible.
